Job Listing: Customer Service Representative
Candidates will join a small team of about 10 agents taking incoming calls from providers (doctor's offices, etc.) with questions regarding Medicaid overage and claims. This position has a 6 month learning curve. Information to be communicated is complicated and can be difficult to understand. Information is consistently changing. Candidates will explain denials, research payments, explain coverage, check for eligibility, research claims status and process disputes to claim denials. Candidates will be using proprietary system software and Outlook, primarily. System software is not user friendly. Candidates are primarily on the phone, but will also do research offline.

Required Skills
Minimum of one full year of call center experience and solid work history. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. A basic knowledge of Windows and basic to intermediate Outlook are required. Candidate must be a self starter and must have exceptional communication skills to be able to interpret government law into layman's terms. Candidate must be flexible to change as laws and regulations are continually changing. Candidate must be patient and have the ability to ask questions when confused. Must be able to multitask. Candidates must have good attendance; no more than 2 occurrences are allowed in 90 days. Candidate must be able to work on a team have a positive attitude, and be confident. Room for growth within the company.
