Job Listing: Int'l Co. Plant Controllers

Right now they are looking to further develop the career of a Plant Controller ($100-125K+bonus+relo, DOE). The Plant Controller must be a strategic thinker and problem solver. They must be an example for those around them professionally and must maintain relationships with candor and integrity in order to build a consistently performing business team.
The Plant Controller will be responsible for the management of the financial accounting and internal control processes at one of the manufacturing facilities in AL, TN, GA or NC. Responsibilities include month-end closing, account analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, annual planning, and internal control oversight of inventories and fixed assets. This position would also oversee payroll as well as the development and understanding of product costing at the facility. Other duties include finding ways for the plant to operate more efficiently which includes analytical studies on new business, new equipment, and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Skills

Proficiency with MS Office and computer systems management are desired. Analytical ability, communication skills (oral and written), and planning and organizational skills are desired as well as the desire to lead and develop others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements include, but aren't limited to, a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business and at least 10 years experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
