Job Listing: Service Delivery Project Manager

Client in downtown Chicago is looking for a Service Delivery Project Manager to joint their team. This position will be responsible for driving projects within the line of business including working with Engineers, Developers, PM's, Management, External Vendors, Technology Providers, etc. Individual will also be responsible for communications, requirements gathering, risk management, change management, process adherence, SLA Adherence, etc. This role can be best described as an engagement manager. The candidate will interact with Sr. Level (C-level) Management of both internal and external customers.

The candidate must have a strong Project Management background with either client or engagement management experience. They must be able to navigate an enterprise environment, drive projects through multiples teams, negotiate vendor agreements and work closely with customers. Strong communication skills with Sr. level management experience, including presentations. This is not an application development PM, but aligns more as a Technical Engagement Management position.
