Manufacturing QC/ QA Inspector needed for Huntingdon Valley, PA

Responsibilities:
Experience with ISO

Work with all departments to optimize QC/QA methods.

Communicate with customers and vendors with regards to quality related issues.

Perform tests, inspections, measurements, and analyze machined parts, hardware, material and assemblies.

Verify and maintain compliance records pertaining to in house and vender supplied machined parts and assemblies.

Perform complete first article inspections as well as design and implement required in-process inspections of parts and assemblies.


Applicant qualifications:
Well-organized and possessing excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including proficiency in Word and Excel (Access experience a plus).

Minimum of 2 years experience related to the manufacture and quality control of machined parts.

Knowledge of ISO 9001-2000 certification process and requirements.


Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, with a good working knowledge of GD&T.

Pay: $12-15/hr - based on experience.

Only local candidates will be considered as no relocation is available. Candidates must be able to submit a background check and drug screen. . Qualified candidates will be contacted for interview.
