Job Listing: Relay Test Engineer

Aerotek and its client are seeking a Relay Test Engineer for a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position located in Carrollton, GA.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Review elementary one-line diagrams and control wiring diagrams.
*Perform wire check out and point to point wire tests.
*Troubleshoot solid state relay system.
*Verify overall utility relay protection scheme matches original elementary protection scheme design.
*Perform testing on line traps, CCVT’s, BCT’s.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience with 3 phase relay test set (Pulsar, Megger, Manta, or Doble). *Experience with the following manufacturers’ relays: Schweitzer
*Experience testing CT’s, PT’s, and other equipment associated with protection schematics.
