Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Enterprise- Level Application Development Project Management skills. This candidate will be leading a team within various Application Development projects.

PMP Desired but not Required.




Some Details:

Leads OR CO-Leads Solutions Delivery team professionals. Interacts with and influences business executives, IT Operations, Delivery and Planning management teams.
Skills/Experience Requirements

- 5+ years experience in technology, 2 of those leading development activities of small-large teams
- Experience in developing client server and web based applications
- Direct application management and development experience
- Bachelors degree in technology related discipline
- Relevant industry experience preferred
- PMP or other project management experience preferred
- Experience in forming strategic partnerships with business executives
- Ability to plan resource needs and constants
- Ability to visualize tasks sequentially, identify interdependencies and predict the outcomes/results based upon experience, prior knowledge or expert input
- Ability to formulate proposals and effectively communicate performance expectations and actual results
- Knowledge of market, product history, and user business needs, and the ability to analyze competing products
- Knowledge of site mapping and information mapping techniques
- Expert knowledge of SDLC, RUP and Agile development methodologies
- Experience leading a team of professionals
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
- Influence skills
