Job Listing: Movius Engineer

Our client is looking to add 2 Level II/III Movius Engineers to their team in the NOC In Cleveland, Ohio to keep up with the demand ASAP.

This candidate MUST HAVE the most recent Movious/Glenayre platform: "LSP and "LSP2" experience .

Responsible for Tier III Support for all Movius/Glenayre products this Tier III support will include providing Technical Support, Software Management, Outage Recovery and Change Control on all production Movius/Glenayre voicemail systems. Technical Support; provide operational support for all network initiated questions, configuration issues and hardware fault / failure resolution. Software Management; the testing, verifying, scheduling, distributing and implementing firmware, patches, features / feature activation and release upgrades. Outage Recovery; the restoration of any production Movius voicemail system to proper operational condition. Will also serve as technical lead on outage recovery bridge, review and comment on vendor outage resolution reports. Change Control; the creating, approving, tracking, implementing, closing and verifying network change notices. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 2 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required.

These people will work rotating shifts for 6 months until potential hire (1 Engineer will be on night shift per month.
