TITLE Account Manager or Sr. Account Manager
REPORTING TO Director of Account Management
LOCATION Cleveland, Ohio Gurgaon, India
SUMMARY Serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. Expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
2. Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
3. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Director of Account Management or Executive Director of any problems that may arise.
4. Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client.
5. Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
Required Skills
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
2. Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
3. Extremely detail oriented
4. Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
5. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
6. Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
