Job Listing: Logistics/ Production Scheduler
Volt Technical Resources is searching for a Logistics Production Scheduler to coordinate gauging and measurement equipment within the facility. ensuring successful implementation and timely calibration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
*Preparing reports of gauges due for calibration/ certification.
*Develop list of gauges for up coming calibration to be shared with operators.
*Communicate lists by department to supervisors of current calibration delinquencies.
*Identify discrepancies of gauge records and maintenance plans and update, coordinate changes with gauge design and build coordinator, following through on corrections and updating to SAP records.
*Coordinating scheduling, packaging, shipping and receiving with external suppliers for gages that require support.
Required Skills
The following qualifications are in demand:
1. Must have an understanding of gauging and calibration.
2. Must have logistics, supply management, or inventory experience.
3. Very strong MS Office skills (particularly MS Excel)
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Time Management skills.
