Job Listing: Construction Project Coordinator

National General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Construction Administrator for their operations west of Chicago.

This Project Coordinator will be assisting project managers on various projects around the Chicagoland area. This Project Coordinator will be working on retail remodeling projects. This is an immediate and permanent opportunity.

Job Duties Include:
- Coordination of job site meetings.
- Meeting minutes.
- Supporting Project Managers.
- Support office personnel.
- Working with the paperwork process.
- Performing other duties as required.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a project coordinator.
- Must have experience working with a General Contractor.
- Preference will be given to any candidate that has experience working with retail remodeling projects (grocery stores preferred).
- Experience with Prolog is strongly preferred.
