Job Listing: Cash Applicator

Our client is looking for a credit clerk to work at their Cannon Falls, MN location. This is a first shift position, paying $12/hr.

Responsibilities:
-Inputting checks via computer systems to accounts receivable
-Includes cash deposits from lockbox, wire transfer, and credit card payments
-Disposing of deference created by short/over payments
-Applying all necessary cash adjustments
-Sending checks received at the office to lockbox daily
-Researching problems associated with cash application as needed
-Maintaining reports
-Scanning cash and adjustment batches into document retention system

Qualifications:
-AP and AR experience
-Excellent computer skills
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
