Aerotek Architecture and Engineering has partnered with a full service Architectural and Interiors Firm. Their clients include law offices, corporations, hotel chains, local government and property developers. The firm specializes in mixed use/retail, high rise and mid rise residential, high rise commercial buildings.
The firm is looking to grow beyond their 100 employees and offers a strong benefits package.
All candidates must have strong communication skills and a positive and professional attitude.

Job Description/Daily Tasks:
Project Director will be responsible for leading a team of architects and drafters; preparing project budgets;
negotiating and writing scopes of work and contracts. Project Director will be responsible for all client interaction as well as some design work

Qualifications Needed:
1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Designer
2. Must be a Registered Architect or NCIDQ ID
3. Must have knowledge of building codes
4. Must have knowledge of all phases of design (conceptual thru construction)
5. Must have 10+ years base building architecture experience

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $80,000 to $110,000 per Year
