Boulder based company is currently seeking an automation specialist:


Job Description

The site Building Automation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying the site building automation systems (BAS).

Responsibilities include:

-Making updates to existing programs, developing new programs, setpoint modifications, and schedule adjustments.
-Maintaining BAS systems including backup/recovery, installation of software upgrades, and recommendations for system improvements. Existing site systems include American AutoMatrix, Modicon, and TAC (Andover).
-Assisting Maintenance and Operations personnel in troubleshooting and maintaining controlled equipment, including air handlers, chillers, boilers, etc.

Required Skills/Experience

-2 years hands on experience working with building automation systems, including some programming experience
-5 years working in a facilities maintenance environment developing electrical and/or mechanical maintenance skills
-Strong computer software skills required
-Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and networking problems preferred
-Willingness to work on a wide variety of equipment and in a team atmosphere
-Must be willing and available to work occasional overtime including weekends and off-shift hours
