Healthcare/Hospital Construction Project Manager

A CM firm in the area is looking to add a Project Manager to their team immediately. This company does large hospital and healthcare related projects up to $100 Million. Their PM's provide overall management for the project and are the main point of contact with the owner.

Scope of Position:
- works with project executives, the pre-construction department, and the design team
- develop the project schedule, construction plan, and phasing
- managing and directing the work of specialty contractors
- cost controls, scheduling, and material and equipment delivery control systems to plan and manage the construction process.

Requirements:
- healthcare project experience of $30 Million +
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- applicable experience, or an equivalent combination of technical training and job experience
- Knowledge of PC-based software relating to project scheduling and cost control required
