The position of recruiter is an exciting opportunity to fast-track into sales with a successful and growing company. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to business success. All of our representatives must provide world class service to clients, act with the highest amount of professionalism, and express the highest sense of urgency.

Reporting to an account manager, the recruiters are responsible for all steps associated with full life-cycle recruiting. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Utilization of internal database and Internet resources to identify potential candidates.
* Development of creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals
* Participation in networking activities such as career fairs, professional associations, and out-placement services.
* Responsibility for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet position requirements.
* Conducting skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations.
* Maintenance of excellent documentation with the company's on-line system.
* Preparation of resumes and candidates for presentation to clients.
