Job Listing: Senior Estimator

My client is looking to replace their Sr. Estimator who left Tallahassee to be closer to family in South Carolina. This individual will be responsible for lump sum, conceptual, and actual bidding on commercial projects that typically focus on University, K-12, Medical, and Commercial Office Buildings.

The ideal candidate will have 7 – 10 years in similar experience and a degree. However, if someone has 10-15 years of experience and no degree, they are an option. They currently uses MC^2 for estimating (5-6 years old) but they are not married to it. They are willing to upgrade to a new software if needed or encouraged.
