Responsibilities-
The position requires a high degree of job independence with success being defined primarily by collection results.
Generate customer loyalty while supporting our financial services through a strong customer focus and promoting a commitment to excellence.
Through telephone contact, be the name and face representing our client.
Advise customers on available payment alternatives, negotiate payment plans, and respond to customer inquiries.
Manage customer accounts to ensure the collection of past due retail and lease financing of new and used vehicles
Use communication and analytical skills to provide mutually beneficial problem resolution.
Making 150 In/Out bound calls a day, able to get whole remaining balance on payment over the phone.
Candidates must be able to multi task- speak over the phone, type on the computer and navigate through different screens, be firm over the phone, have excellent listening skills, be on time and have excellent attendance!!!
Lunch- ? hour (they have onsite cafeteria) and two 15 min breaks

Full Time: 2 to 5 years in collections or customer service preferred.
Initial Entry-Level Schedule: Four week rotating schedule: Four week rotating schedule: This schedule will be set once they are hired and start!!! Basically any candidate be considered must be available Monday through Friday 8am to 9am and work one weekend day a month.
2 weeks will be 4 days @ 10 hours each day (8 am - 6:30 pm) with 2 of the 4 days as late nights (10:30 am - 9 pm)

2 weeks will be 4 days @ 9 hours each day (8 am - 5:30 pm) with 2 of the 4 days as late nights (11:30 am - 9 pm) AND one of these two weeks working Sat. 8 am - 12 pm and the other week Sun 12 pm - 4 pm.
