Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Employer is looking for hardworking, friendly and down to earth people to join their team. You will be working in a call center as a Customer Service Representative where you will be helping customers with their questions and concerns about the company’s product, billing, services, and some up selling. You will be making outbound warm calls and taking in bound calls. NO cold calling! We are looking for people who are comfortable talking to people on the phones and are ready to work in a fun and fast paced environment with the opportunity to learn new things. You must have excellent communication skills, accurate computer skills, be organized and efficient and the ability to learn quickly. At least 6 months of call center experience with sales is preferred. This is a very fun environment to work in. Supervisors are great and provide a relaxed, but hard working atmosphere.

The pay is $9-10 per hour + commission (can be anywhere from $9-$13 with commission). Working hours are 8 am-5 pm. Part Time to Full Time work available. This job is located in Orem.
