CLIENT SERVICE Manager:
The position requires someone who can build client relationships through knowledge of client requirements.
This manager acts as a liaison between the client and client's management and is accountable for the client experience.
This position will be dedicated to a specific client.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Fault Management:
Driving all Fault follow-up as it applies to:
- Root Cause Project Management
- Service Action Plans Project Management
- Driving Tier III to improve client documentation for shift associates
- Driving/Tracking Chronic Fault Management
. Managing chronics for the client
– inside/outside of scope
- Tracking/Dashboard Management
Fault Preventive/Health Maintenance
- Driving/Managing Patch Analysis (firmware, security, etc.)
- Formal recommendations routinely to client
- Driving routine performance management (CPU, Disk, I/O, Memory, etc.)
- Driving management of Alarm Tuning and Configuration Management
- Access Privileges Management
- Driving routine audit of platforms
Additional duties:
o Escalation Resolution Owner
o Deal-specific LCM Ops Mgr Interface Point
o Daily Morning Report Analysis
o Provide direction to deal-specific dedicated technical support
o Participate/lead customer facing meetings
o Provide deal-specific action items to Shift Operations Manager
