Job Listing: Operations Assistant is needed
Financial planning firm seeks a person with or without previous experience working in the operations department of a financial planning. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of opening new accounts at various custodians, opening accounts, deposits, transfers, distributions, IRA RMD calculations, document storage, maintaining database.
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated candidate with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and attention to detail is a must.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.
This is a part-time position. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k, paid vacations.
