Flippingpad.com is a social network for real estate investors and professionals. I am looking for someone with real estate and social media experience to make the website popular. Work will include: *Posting to the forums, moderating forums, and helping users with their real estate questions *Participating in other online real estate communities, providing back-links to flippingpad.com *Building social media presence through facebook, activerain, and other social networking sites *Building relationships with real estate bloggers, professionals, and investors *Other (doing whatever it takes to make the site popular) I am looking for someone to work approximately 10 hours a week. You must be extremely internet savvy and have experience/interest in residential real estate. This is a perfect job for a real estate agent who wants a part time job and loves using the internet.
