DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: * Arrive timely and dressed professionally * Adhere to the Code of Ethics * Engage clients and family systems with compassion and an attention to detail with regard to collecting preliminary information for diagnosis and treatment. * Complete all appropriate documentation…ie. invoices, progress notes, iopsychosocial assessments and quarterly reports as required by referral sources. * Provide individual, couple, family and group therapy according to your experience and expertise in serving various populations. * Be available as a resource for your clients and the coordination of care as needed. * Be knowledgeable about community linkages that ensure that clients have access to the full continuum of mental health services as needed. * Collaborate and work cooperatively with administrative staff for scheduling and other office related matters. * Respond to executive requests in a timely fashion * Make referrals to Psychiatrist when appropriate by completing the Psychiatric Evaluation Form and an Intra-agency Referral for psychiatrist. It is also the clinician’s responsibility to be in communication with psychiatrist regarding coordination of client care to ensure that each client’s mental health needs are adequately and comprehensively addressed. * Supervise field students and graduate level social workers as requested
