Required Skills

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a successful Loan Officer in addition to a minimum of 5 years of building, leading and Managing a team of successful Loan Originators. You must have an intrinsic understanding of all mortgage concepts and sales skills and be a compelling leader and teacher. You must have extensive experience in training, motivating, hiring, and firing employees.

The initial compensation for this position depends upon your experience and proven ability to recruit, lead and hire LO’s as well as prove that you can be a consistent and strong producer. This compensation escalates with performance. After a probationary performance period, this position develops into a generous commission schedule, coupled with security and a great benefits package. Income levels range from about 70-150k average per year, DOE.
