General Description:

The OSA reports to the DBO and provides the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. The OSA position places an overall focus on overall office support, data integrity and customer service provision while representing positive professionalism within all relationships.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Ensures positive front office customer service (telephone and reception desk)...
